Scrum is an Agile Framework that cuts through complexity to aim on building software that meets business standards. The Scrum framework is deceptively simple and is most often used to manage complex software and product development, using iterative and incremental practices. Scrum processes enable organizations to adjust easily to quickly changing requirements, and produce a product that meets evolving business objectives.
Scrum is not a process or a technique for building products; rather, it is a framework within which one can employ various processes and techniques. Scrum makes clear the relative efficacy of your product management and development practices so that you can improve.
