Water Park Timings: 11:00 am to 07:30 pm (Monday - Sunday)

• The park shall be open between 11 AM and 7:30 PM.
• The management has put all efforts to keep all the attractions operational, however, it is possible that some of the rides or attractions may not be fully operational at all times. Some guests may not be able to experience a particular attraction on a particular day or time due to technical/repairs & maintenance/electricity or power failure. Conditions Apply.

Guest Information

There is an Information Centre & Guest Relations Counter at the entrance itself. We offer various services for our guests that include:

• Visitor information (Food, Costumes, Lockers, and points of interest)
• Lost and found.
• General park information and assistance.

First Aid

• The water park is fully equipped to offer first aid in case of an emergency, where professional nurses provide you the best service. We have two Medical Centers in the Park. The first one is located near the Outdoor Rides while the second one is very close to the Lagoon.
  

Lost & Found

We have a Lost & Found desk located in the Guest Services counter. In case you find something, please deposit the same here, and in case you lose something, be sure to check with us. However, with the sheer number of Guests in the Park, we cannot take a guarantee for your belongings. Please be careful with your cameras, purses and mobiles. Tip - Carry minimum, secure what you carry.

Parking Area

Do collect the Parking tickets while entering the Park. The Parking ticket is valid only for 1 day. Though our Parking is planned for large crowds and we have enough space, it is going to be on a first-cum-first serve basis. Atlantic management is not responsible for any loss or damage of vehicle in the Parking. Do not leave any valuables in the car, (especially something visible on the seats), and please follow all safety and directional signs in the Parking Bay.

Food & Drink Kiosk

There are Kiosks, a food court located conveniently in the Park which will provide a range of food and beverages.

Guests Physically Challenged

Due care has been taken to support guests who are physically challenged. Our Entry Plaza, restrooms and restaurants have been built with considerations for their special needs.

Restrooms

Adequate restrooms have been provided through the Park. We also have restrooms for children and our physically challenged guests.

Drinking Water

Bottled water is available in the Park on payment.

Stay Together

Some of us move fast. Others move slowly and a few of us stumble into trouble. Make sure you keep an eye on your family & friends. Keep an eye on your children & toddlers; keep them well within your reach. They have a habit of wandering off & getting lost, especially when there is so much excitement around. You wouldn't want to waste time looking for them when you should be enjoying the Park.

Food Safety

Outside Food is not allowed inside the Park. We work hard to ensure all food and drink is good and safe. There are some great restaurants available inside the Park. Yes, we cater to vegetarians too!

About Alcohol

• No outside alcohol is allowed into Atlantic. Guests are advised not to go on the rides if they are under the influence of alcohol.
  

About Drugs

Atlantic stands squarely against drug use. First, it’s dangerous to your health. Second, it can ruin the visit for you and those around you. And last but not least it's against the law: If it's illegal outside, it's illegal inside, too. If you see someone who is sick, upset, scared or clearly having a bad experience, get help. Find a medical or Security Staff. Provide all the information you can to the staff. Our 'no questions asked' policy means neither you nor the sick person can get in trouble when you seek help. Our number-one concern is the well-being of all our Guests. By steering clear of substances and
getting help for those who need it, you are contributing positively to the Atlantic vibe, and we thank you for that.

What to Bring / What Not to Bring - We recommend you bring all of these:

• Cap for shade
• Comfortable shoes for walking
• Sunglasses
• A camera without a detachable lens

Here is what is not allowed inside, under any circumstances (and remember we search every Guest):

• Alcohol
• Food
• Weapons of any kind, even slingshots
• Fireworks
• Illegal substances
• Professional photography equipment or cameras with detachable lenses (point-and-shoots without additional lenses are fine)
• Pets (even really, really small ones)
• It is advisable to leave your expensive electronics, belongings and family jewels at home.

A-Towels are available on rent in the park.

A-No. We have a food court from where you can purchase food and drinks as per menu and prices listed.

Q-Do I Still Pay Even If I Don’t Get Into The Water Or The Rides?

A-Yes. There is an admission ticket required for all to enter the park.

Q-Do You Have Locker Facility And Changing Rooms?

A-Yes, we do

A-The water park is a non-smoking facility. We do not serve alcohol.

Q-What Is Your Chaperone Policy?

A-We strongly suggests that minors under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. The park does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

Q-Do You Have A Dress Code?

A-There is no dress code. However, park management will decide if the swimsuit is safe, hygienic, etc.

Q-Do You Have CCTV Cameras In The Park?

A-Yes the entire park is covered by CCTV cameras.

Q-Will You Refund Our Money If Any Ride Is Not Operational?

A-It may be possible that 1 or more than 1 ride may not be operational due to reason beyond our control, please bear with us, under no such circumstances the tickets would be refunded.

• Customers are not permitted to use the rides without proper swimming costumes.
• Swimming costumes are available on rent.
• Lockers are available on rent
• Any kinds of medical ailments and conditions need to be declared before entering the park
• Customers are advised not to wear jewelry, sarees, and dupattas for safety reasons.
• The price and other terms and conditions can be changed by the management without prior notice
• The costume is available on Rent
• Rights of admissions are reserved with the management.
• Management will not be responsible for the loss or damages to any article while visiting any of the attractions.
•  The Water Park accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit Cards and Net Banking for transactions made/being made online for booking at the website. Other payment methods may be added from time to time.
• It is mandatory to carry the email/SMS confirmation of e-ticket to the ticket counters to avail entry to the parks. Online bookings will be verified at the Special Ticket Counter and after verification, actual tickets will be allocated to the guests. There is no refund for the online bookings.
• It is mandatory to carry the card from which booking was made in original with a valid Indian ID Proof for Authenticity.
• A maximum of 20 tickets can be purchased on a single transaction. The Water Park may, however, vary or amend the maximum number of tickets that can be purchased on a single transaction considering the functionality factor. Tickets are available for Single Entry of Atlantic Water World New Delhi.
• Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. The Water Park does not refund or adjust the amount against any other event or ticket after a ticket has been purchased by the User.
• Some Orders will be processed only after a billing address, and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, the Water Park's customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If the Water Park is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, the Water Park may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
• The Water Park reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions for using the Water Park’s services. The Water Park further reserves the right to alter any and or all fees from time to time, without notice.
• Children with height 3 feet and above will require a separate ticket. No ticket shall be required in case the height of a child is less than 90 centimeter. The Water Park may, however, change the height criteria at any time without any notice
• The Water Park does not have any exchange or refund policy and prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
• Email confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email. This needs to be shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket(s).
• SMS confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent via an SMS. The SMS details need to be shown at the ticket counter to get a physical ticket(s).
• Validity: Bookings will be valid only for the date of visit chosen by you during the online transaction.
• Offer tickets booked/purchased are valid for same day visit only!
• Cancellation Policy: Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, canceled or refunded.
• Promo code might have a start and end date.
• The Water Park reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.
• Offer may not be combined with other offers. Each promo code applies only to qualifying items.
• Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold. Promo Code Discount is not applicable on Senior Citizen Tickets
