David is a certified Design Thinker from MIT Sloan and has consulted and trained more than 40 organizations which includes Aon Hewitt, Airtel, Prudential, First data etc. using Design thinking Applications, Innovation TRIZ. He earlier led the Customer Experience and Business transformation teams at Reliance Infocomm for than 7 years, also worked with Godrej appliances for more than 9 years also acting as a key member in the development of the Pentacool range of refrigerators
