Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, Sakinaka, Andheri will be celebratingHalloween night. The restaurant will wear a festive look and will be decorated in traditional black and orange colors. Other decoration will include pumpkin shells carved into fearful skeleton masks at the buffet counter .
Executive chef, Sudhir Pai has designed a special menu for the eve which has vampires, evil spiders, ghosts eyes, sacry reptiles and anything else which you can imagine. The scary salad section has Vampire deadly bite (Apple with cheese mousse), Evil spider (Bocconcini with sumac), Blood of aged soul (Organic beet root juice), Ghost Eye (egg tuna mimosa), Scary Reptiles (Fried chicken sausages tossed bbq sauce with lamb couscous), Grummet green /dressing/condiments etc.
Similarly the starters are named as Seer kate murgi ke Mughlai seekh kebab, Insect Fry (Breaded Fish Fingers ), Scary Roast Chicken onion jus. Other dishes in the menu include Khuni Paneer Ka Khurchan, Subz ki Mout Wali Kadai, Dal ko Khuni Tadka, Monster potatoes (cajun roast potatoes), White worm on wound (Gnocchi with pmodoro sauce), Creepy Roast Vegetables, Spooky Tofu & Peppers in garlic green onion sauce, Shaitani Aakhon Wale Chawl (Hare Mutter ke Chawal).
The chef has even named his desserts accordingly. Devils Food cake, Spider Web Tarts, Wicked Witch Cupcakes, Ghoulish Petits Fours ,Scary Pear Heads, Tombstone Pumpkin cake, Alhambra Bewitched, Crooked chorus , Dirty Vanilla fingers are some of the desserts for the halloween night.
