We are excited to welcome you to the first ever Duathlon in Navi Mumbai. The event is planned in and around the beautiful Palm Beach. There are 3 categories to choose from Full distance Duathlon, Half Distance Duathlon, 10K Run and a 5K Fun Run, whichever you choose you are guaranteed a great race.

All the categories will take place at the scenic & absolute flat Palm Beach Road. This is a great beginner race as the scenic course provides enough of a challenge without pushing athletes onto open roads where they must compete with cars and other traffic. The event will be competitive and fun for you, your families and your friends.

Get your bikes and your running shoes ready and push your limits and see what you are capable of. Come participate in this one of a kind event.

Through this run we aim to promote cycling & walking as a means of daily commute which results in a healthier you and greener environment.

Duathlon Categories

1. Full Distance Solo Duathlon – Timed (Male & Female) – 40km Cycle + 10km Run

• 16-45 years
• 45+ years

2. Full Distance Relay Duathlon – Timed (Male & Female) – 40km Cycle + 10km Run

• Open (16+ Years)

3. Half Distance Solo Duathlon – Timed (Male & Female) – 20km Cycle + 5km Run

• 16-45 years
• 45+ years

4. Half Distance Relay Duathlon – Timed (Male & Female) – 20km Cycle + 5km Run

• Open (16+ Years)

Solo Duathlon – This category will begin with a run of 10K for the Full Duathlon and 5k for the Half Duathlon followed by Cycling of 40K and 20K for Full & Half Duathlon Respectively.

Relay Duathlon – This category will consist of a team of 2 members where one member would run and the other member would cycle. The event will begin with a run of 10K for the Full Duathlon and 5k for the Half Duathlon and once the Team member finishes the Run, the other team member would cycle the required distance of the Full & Half Marathon. The combined time will be taken into account to decide the winner.

2. 5K Fun Run (Male & Female) – 40Km Cycle + 10km Run

• Open (12+ years)
