Q. When is the concert?
Ans: Sunday 31st December.
Q. What time does the concert start and end ?
Ans: 4:00 pm till 1:00 pm
Q. Where will the concert be held at?
Ans: Harnaam Palace, North East Delhi.
Q. Will there be alcohol served at the event?
A: Yes, alcohol will be available at the event for sale to people over the age of 25 years. Alcohol will only be served to people having an LDA band which will be available at counters across the venue.
Q. How and where do I collect my tickets/wristbands?
A. From the box office at the event venue, in exchange for your e-ticket copy. Wristbands will be given at the entry gates.
Q. Can I buy tickets using cash?
A. You can buy tickets using cash through their Official Offline Promoters - Deepak Sharma (+91 9999021206 | 9999359019).
Q. How old do I have to be to enter Skulllouder Music Festival 2017?
A. You must be of 18 years and above to enter the event.
Q. Will I be able to get a refund for the tickets if I do not attend the arena?
A. No refund will be provided for tickets even in case of any rescheduling.
Q. Will I need to carry a photo id along for ticket verification purposes?
A. Yes. A valid Photo ID i.e. PAN Card, Passport, Drivers License, etc.
Q. Are there additional charges for booking a ticket online?
A. Yes, a nominal service charge will be added per transaction, along with a home delivery charge.
Q. What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
A. A maximum of 10 tickets per transaction can be purchased.
Q. What should I do if I purchase a ticket, but live outside India?
A. Please provide a copy of your passport and credit card/debit card at the ticketing booth at the venue for your tickets.
Q. Where can I read ticketing 'Terms and Conditions'?
A. The ticket terms and conditions will be provided before you purchase your ticket.
Q. Can I re-enter the venue during the day if I leave?
A. No, unfortunately no re-entry is allowed for the event. Your wristband will be cut upon exit.
Q. What time do I need to be at the venue?
A: The show is scheduled to start at 4 pm. If you are collecting your tickets at the venue, it is advised that you arrive at the ticket counter outside at the main entrance of Harnaam Palace at least 1 hour before the event start time. If you already have your tickets, you can arrive at the venue at any time. Please be advised that entrance is on first-come-first-served basis.
Q. Are there any discounts?
A: No. Only limited tickets are available for the event.
Q. Can I choose my seats?
A: No. This is a free standing concert only.
Q. If I cannot attend the concert, can I refund my ticket?
A: Once tickets are purchased, no cancellation, refund and/or exchange will be granted. If you have any problems with entry or your tickets, please proceed to the ticket box office immediately. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
Q. If I lose my ticket can I have my ticket re-issued?
A: No. Lost tickets will NOT be reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
Q. If I am late, will I still be able to enter the venue?
A: This will be at the discretion of the floor staff. You might be required to wait for a suitable time before you are permitted entry.
Q. Is photography/video recording allowed?
A: No professional photography and/or audio or video recording of any kind is allowed. SLR/DSLR or any form of video camera devices are strictly not allowed.
Q. Can I meet the Band? Is there a meet and greet session? Can I buy tickets with meet and greet?
A: There is no Meet and Greet session available for this performance and no Meet and Greet passes are available for sale.
Q. Can I bring food and drinks into the hall?
A: No outside food and drinks are allowed inside the event hall.
Q. Will we be subject to bag/body checks at the entrance?
A: Yes all ticket holders will be subject to bag search/body checks at the entrance prior to entering the venue. Venue terms and conditions and other entry terms and conditions as stated on the ticket/e- ticket/entrance signage shall apply at all times.

Q. Is there a VIP category for this event?
A: No VIP categories exist for this event.
Q. Are any of the categories on an elevated platform?
A: No. All categories are at ground level only.
Q. Are there any inclusions in the ticket?
A: No. All tickets only give you access to your ticket category/section of the ground. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.
