Our Team:

• All payments will be 100% in advance.
• Cancellation of booking is allowed till 72 Hrs prior to the booked activity date. After that, only re-scheduling of the date will be allowed till 24 Hrs before the scheduled time.
• In case of a no-show by the client, no refund or re-scheduling of the activity will be done.
• All flying-related activities are dependent on weather conditions. Flying / Sky Diving will be postponed if weather conditions go adversely as it is a safety hazard.
• If postponed, activity will be conducted on the same day if weather conditions improve OR on any other day of client’s choice; subject to availability of time slot.
• In case, activity is re-scheduled due to adverse weather conditions, 100% payment will be adjusted for next scheduled date for the same activity, subject to availability of time slot.
• All flying-related activities are prone to mild health problems like vomiting/nausea etc and clients are supposed to ensure that they are medically fit for such activities before going for it.
• VCRAFT will not be responsible for any kind of health / medical problems of the clients, arising during or after flying-related activities.
• Children below 12 years of age are not allowed for skydiving.
• All children below 15 years of age are supposed to be accompanied by parents/guardian /school teachers in case of students

Pilots - Our pilots have over 5000 flying hours of flying experience including vast training experience. You are absolutely safe in these experienced hands.

Skydiving Instructor - With over 10 years of experience, our instructor holds the distinction of more than 5000 safe jumps. He has experience of working with best of teams across the globe including the USA and Europe.

Parachute Packer - Our technical expert has experience of more than 15 years and is an expert jumper himself. With a defense background and a disciplined life, he’ll ensure that each jump is performed with 100% safety.

Certifications - We abide by international safety guidelines set by the USPA. We use Cesna172 duly approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for airworthiness.
