AAKANKSHA: Desire For Wellness was started by Mrs.Bhavani Swaminathan. Presently, a Nutritionist, Professor & a Researcher having a wide experience of 17 years. The insight behind starting this organization was to create an awareness amongst people with regards to Food, Nutrition & Lifestyle in order to keep oneself away from diseases & lead a healthy life. The recipes, write-ups & blogs are based on the case studies and personal experiences which has brought in a lot of improvement in many people’s life. “Health” isn’t about being “perfect” with food or exercise or herbs. Health is about balancing those things with your desires. It’s about nourishing your spirit as well as your body.
