We introduce you to the selfless service of karma yoga by giving you simple tasks to do in Shiva Garden Home-stay. Find the happiness of service without thinking in receiving. Just offer you good actions to God.
LEARN ABOUT THE ANCIENT KNOWLEDGE OF YOGA & AYURVEDA
You will participate in the theoretical classes where you can deepen your knowledge about the chakras, doshas, gunas, yoga philosophy and much more!
This is a retreat for you to detox from the “normal life”. In order for you to feel the shining crystal within you, it takes your willingness and compromise to do it. During the retreat you will have delicious vegan meals and juices and we highly recommend you to not drink coffee, alcohol or smoke.
This Yoga Retreat is an intensive and trans-formative experience taught by disciples of recognized international Yoga Schools.
You can stay at the eco resort Shiva Garden Homestay (accommodation is optional), starting each morning with cleansing and breathing exercises, meditation, mantras and invigorating Hatha Yoga session, and enjoying workshops and sequences focused on breathing, meditation and relaxation. And there’s plenty of time to take in the gorgeous beaches and the nearby ancient Indian Temples, or explore the town of Varkala.

8h to 9h45: Yoga Class, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra with Alma
10h to 11h: Brunch – Delicious vegetarian typical South Indian breakfast provided by Shiva Garden Restaurant
11h00 to 12h: Karma yoga with Jayan
12h to 13h45: Free time
13h45 to 14h45: Theory Class with Sonia or Alma
15h to 17h: Yoga Class, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Mantras with Sonia
From 17h: Free time for beach, sunset, explore the Cliff restaurants and much more!
