Clean eating batches start every Saturday at 3 pm IST with the 2-hour Starter Online Group Call. In case you can't make it, you can attend the repeat session on the next day, Sunday, at 11 am IST.

STEP 2: The Clean Eating Workshop Week
Every day, I’ll send you a knowledge-packed video, audio, illustration or PDF as well as delicious recipes on the WhatsApp group. I’ll personally clarify your doubts, help you build a clean eating plan and coach you through the 7 days. The WhatsApp group will also be the place where you track your meals and troubleshoot problems, support your peers and get inspiration.
STEP 3: 1-Week Post Workshop Support
You get access to EXCLUSIVE post-workshop accountability support, for consistency and habit-forming.
