About the Presenter:
Saee Bapat is a Health Coach, Food consultant, and a Yoga teacher. She teaches yoga at various places including Aayana Yoga Academy and also at various leading hospitals in Bangalore. She also conducts health talks and cooking demos to spread awareness about plant-based nutrition in the corporates and around.
She comes from an IT culture and has turned into a Holistic Nutrition Health Coach & Yoga Therapist. She holds a certification in Nutrition from Cornell University and a Masters in Yogic Science. She believes in constantly upgrading her knowledge of Holistic Nutrition and Yoga, as the combination according to her truly delivers rich rewards. She has been a clean eating practitioner since 2014 and has been practicing yoga since 2009.
