It's free to list and post an event on Goeventz. You only get charged when someone buys the event ticket or registers for the event.
Our payment cycle is event day +2 working days. Depending on our association, duration, type and scale of event, we also accommodate daily, twice a week, weekly or partial payment before the event.
No it’s not necessary for you to have a current account to be able to host and sell event tickets on our platform.
You will be receiving all the payments from Expert Global E-commerce solutions pvt. Ltd.

We don't charge Goeventz fee for donation events but you have to pay the payment gateway fee.

Yes you can add other charges by logging in to your account -> manage events -> other charges and add the charges.
Yes you can choose to pass on the fees to the buyer by choosing the Pass On option.
Yes, The payment can be done before the event, only if you have your current account details or a past record of having organized several events.
We consider part payments depending on the details provided by you.
Yes, you can receive the payment in your personal account.
It allows organizers to easily process any refunds from their Goeventz account and simultaneously gives us enough time to resolve any payment disputes before transferring your payment.
